$5.00 EXPENSE DONATION IS REQUESTED: We are a non-profit group that has monthly Restaurant Expense and as a professional courtesy, we pay for Special Guest Speaker (only) meals as well as other expenses that must be paid if we are to continue operating each month. To offset these costs, we ask for a $5.00 donation in lieu of a membership fee from all attending, we thank you for supporting all that we do.
FORMAT: We follow Robert's Rules of Order. This allows each speaker adequate time to give an important and meaningful presentation - without interruption. Teleprompters are not available so when a speaker loses his or her place when interrupted, this can be very embarrassing. We do allow for Q&A period after their presentation. Please ask those important questions during the Q&A. Remember that there others in the room who also may have questions. Your courtesy is expected and appreciated. Thank you.
